Project Description
A £2.0 million distribution centre and office for Williiams Medical. Designed in conjunction with EPT partnership Architects and Kier South Western as the main contractor.
Ford Motor Company (London)
Project Description
A £5.0 million car showroom for Ford Motor Company, Edgware Road, London. A glass façade structure designed in conjunction with Powell Dobson Architects and ICS were the main contractor on the development.
McDonalds (Leckwith, Cardiff)
Project Description
A new retail outlet for McDonald’s at the prestigious Capital Retail Park, Leckwith, Cardiff adjacent to the Cardiff City Stadium. This £900,000 development was on a design and build basis with Midas Construction the main contractor and HMA as the Architects. Completed June 2010.
D1 - D3 (Treforest Industrial Estate)
Project Descriptiion
A 30,000 sq.ft mixed use commercial unit for Segro at Treforest Industrial estate. The main contractor was Midas Construction and the Architect was Willdig Lammie Partnership. The project value was £1.5 million.
