Kettering Theatre (Kettering)
Project Description
This £4.0 million contract involved the design and construction of a new theatre. Completed Summer 2008. The client was Balance Leisure and the Architect was EPT Partnership.
Cambrian Marine Village (Penarth Road, Cardiff)
Project Description
Re-development of a disused building contractors yard adjacent to the River Ely. This project involved the refurbishment and extending of existing building, designing new boat storage racks and also foundation design for a new boat lifting crane. The Architect was HHB Associates and the main contractor was Cowlin construction.
Abercwmboi Rugby Club (Cardiff Road, Aberdare)
Project Description
A new £1.0 million club house facility for Abercwmboi Rugby Club. The Architect was Martin Healer Development Services and the project was completed in Summer 2008.
