The Cube (Cowbridge Road, Cardiff)
Project Description
This unusual commission involved adding additional two stories to an existing two storey building by means of load trade off. Fifty new residential units were constructed with a project value of £3.0 million.
City Lofts (Crwys Road, Cardiff)
Project Description
In conjunction with Andton properties, Atkins and Andrew Scott, we were the lead Civil & Structural Engineers on this £5.0 million residential development in Cardiff.
Severn Road (Cardiff)
Project Description
A £1.5 million four storey residential development for Meadgate Homes. The Architect on the project was CLC Design.
Richmond Road (Cardiff)
Project Description
We were appointed as the Civil & Structural Engineers for a development of 43 one and two bedroom flats and 22 student studio units. The structure comprised of a mixture of load bearing masonry supporting PC floors with a steel transfer frame to the rear of the development. Completion date: summer 2010. Client Cardiff City Developments and the Architects were RIO Architects.
